Superfood Bowl {Tastes Like Dessert!}

This super food bowl is insanely delicious, satisfying, and loaded with fun {healthy} surprises.  Like most of my recipes, the measurements are loose.  Add what you want, remove what you want.  Just watch your portions here so you don’t over do it.  Here’s my method:

Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla cultured coconut milk (use full fat greek or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 1 big teaspoon Justin's Vanilla Almond Butter
  • 1T honey
  • 1T white mulberries
  • 1T cacao powder
  • 1T goji berries
  • 1T sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 1T golden berries
  • 1T lucuma powder
  • 1T chia
  • 1T ground flax
  • 1T shredded coconut
  • 1T hemp hulls
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Enjoy!
