exerciseYou don’t always hear me say I LOVE TO WORKOUT, but you will often hear me say I LOVE TO EAT.  Hence, I workout.  A lot.  I’m actually a workout “hobbyist” as I have said before.  If there is a new fitness trend, I have tried it, want to try it, or am planning on going to a city where I can try it.  There are certain activities I like more than others i.e. barre, TRX, and hiking the Peaks of Otter with a friend.  But I will try anything once.  What are your favorite ways to burn fat and break a sweat?  I need some fresh ideas to help mix it up!
