It is time to (finally) go out to dinner and not have to worry about what you are eating or how many calories you are downing in one sitting! Blondes Eat Clean is super excited to announce the BEC Eat Local Dish at Isabella’s Italian Trattoria in Lynchburg, Virginia. Starting January 12th, Isabella’s will feature a delicious meal that will change weekly~ these meals may change a person’s perspective on what healthy eating tastes like! The portion is just right, the ingredients are locally sourced (as much as possible) and everything is made from scratch so we can stay on track with our 2015 goals ;)     Isabella’s will also feature a BEC “clean” cocktail and some delightful infused water (also revolving weekly) . Join us every week to try all of the BEC local specials..….or come every night and start cooking next month!

January 13th through 17th Fresh Caught Virginia Trout  will be served on top of a local arugula and roasted beet salad from Lynchburg Grows and goat cheese from Spring Mill Farm.

January 20th to 24th Zucchini Spirals “Pasta” with in a  Local Bison Tomato Ragout from Melrose Bison Farm.

January 27th to 31st Creamy Local Butternut Squash Sauce over Whole Wheat Penne with Roasted Butternut Seeds. The Butternut Squash is from Lynchburg’s very own Three Springs Farm.



Thursday, January 15th is our BEC Cocktail Party Reveal Night!  Enjoy a tasting of three BEC Cocktails with Josh Evans
